Gabriella True is the President of Alliance to Solve PANS & Immune-Related Encephalopathies (ASPIRE), a nonprofit focused on increasing awareness, education, and access to care and support for PANS and PANDAS. She has led ASPIRE’s development of programs for families, schools, healthcare providers, and legislators, including over 150 professional development lectures. Gabriella has 15 years of volunteer experience with The Autism Community in Action (TACA) and previously served as President of New England PANS PANDAS Association (NEPANS). As an adult with PANS and a mother of two young adults with PANS, Gabriella combines professional expertise and personal insight to drive nationwide understanding and improve treatment and care of PANS/PANDAS. Her leadership continues to transform lives and expand support.
